Diane DeMarco, president of Marketing @ Work, has 25 years of experience in the media, public relations, internal communications, publications, advertising and marketing. Her past experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Frederick based First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation. Prior to that she worked in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as Vice President of Marketing for Knutson Mortgage Corporation, and as Director of Public Relations and Promotions for NordicTrack, The Minneapolis Society for the Blind and Minneapolis Triple A.

She has also done significant consulting work for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Freddie Mac.

Diane received B.S. degrees in Journalism and Food Science from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota, and completed significant coursework towards an MBA in Marketing at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD.

She is a member of the Frederick County Commission for Women, where she heads up the Marketing Committee and recently finished the Needs Assessment Survey. Diane is also a member of the Marketing Committee of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, and belongs to the Greater Frederick Advertising Federation and On Purpose Networking for Women and Women’s Business Network. She is active at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and is a member of the board of The Seton Center, Inc. in Emmitsburg, where she leads the board’s marketing committee.
