Diane DeMarco, president of Marketing @ Work, has more years of experience than she's usually willing to admit to, in every facet of marketing and communications: corporate and small business marketing, internal communications, public relations, publications, advertising and marketing.
Her past experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Frederick-based First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation.
Diane is an active member of the community, and serves on the Marketing Committee of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, is a former board member of the Greater Frederick Advertising Federation, and is past president and marketing chair for the Frederick County Commision For Women.
She was also a member of the board of The Seton Center, Inc. in Emmitsburg, where she led the board’s marketing committee and the "Jump Start Your Job Search" program.
Our two experienced and award-winning designers, Holli Rathman and Mary Ann Beane, have extensive experience with a variety of large and small companies and organizations.
Michele Filyo, senior marketing associate, also has a wealth of experience in strategic marketing in both large corporations and small creative agencies.
